Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, contact our support team as soon as possible.Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.If the payment was made online, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:The product must be unused and in its original packaginA return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.Returns are only accepted in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned item passes inspection.If the return does not meet our conditions, the product will be sent back to your Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for returns.Custom or personalized bats are non-returnable.
